SK Energy's parallel California, US antitrust cases create jurisdictional quandry, federal judge says

Although SK Energy’s Korean parent secured an order freeing it from a US price-fixing lawsuit due to a lack of jurisdiction, a ruling by a state judge in a parallel case reached the opposite conclusion and the question isn’t settled yet, the judge in the federal case observed today.
