SK Broadband, Netflix agree to withdraw lawsuits over network fees in South Korea

SK Broadband and Netflix have agreed to withdraw their lawsuits against each other over network fees, ending a three-year-long legal dispute over the costs of delivering Netflix content to SK’s users.

The two lawsuits — one filed by Netflix seeking court confirmation that it is not obligated to pay SK Broadband network
