Sika’s divestment strategy to ease concerns over MBCC deal revealed in UK probe decision

Swiss chemical specialist Sika offered to sell MBCC's chemical admixtures businesses across a number of regions including the US, Europe and Australia to resolve UK competition concerns over its takeover, it emerged today.
