SFO officer 'got it wrong' over privileged interview with ENRC executive, UK court hears

A senior official with the UK's Serious Fraud Office told a London court today that he missed warning signs that an interview he took with Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation’s chief compliance officer would have been protected by legal privilege.
