Serbian hot-rolled steel tariff case goes to top EU court

EU steelmakers have gone to the bloc’s top court to challenge an exemption for dumping duties granted to hot-rolled steel from Serbia.
The lower-tier General Court ruled against industry association Eurofer in March. The European Commission was right to allow imports without duties, after finding that volumes of dumped imports
