Second set of EU tariffs imminent unless US gives ground on steel measures, Weyand warns

A second tranche of EU retaliatory tariffs on US imports will come into force “automatically” on June 1 if the two sides can't agree on removing US steel and aluminum tariffs, the bloc's top trade official has warned. Both sides should suspend their tit-for-tat tariffs for six months to resolve this issue,
