Saha Thai accuses US Commerce of ‘gross violation’ of antidumping law in steel-pipe results

Saha Thai is seeking to overturn the 37.5 percent antidumping rate the US Commerce Department assessed on circular-welded steel pipes from Thailand, citing the agency’s method as a “gross violation” of the antidumping statute, according to a complaint filed at the Court of International Trade.
