Ryanair set to file EU court challenge to TAP's EUR1.2 billion rescue loan

Ryanair is set to file its appeal this week of an EU decision approving a 1.2 billion-euro Portuguese government rescue loan ($1.4 billion) to airline TAP, MLex has learned.

Meanwhile, hearings scheduled for Sept. 22 and 23 at the bloc’s lower-tier General Court will see Ryanair’s lawyers argue against Swedish and French Covid-19
