Rival claimants for forex-rigging damages lay out core arguments for trial suitability

Two British consumer champions competing to sue big investment banks including JPMorgan Chase, Barclays and UBS over foreign-exchange markets rigging each sought to persuade a judge in the UK's antitrust court today that their mass claim should be judged suitable for trial.
