Rexel took part in hearing at French antitrust authority in June, CEO says

France’s competition authority held a hearing in June into allegations that electrical-goods distributor Rexel and others conspired to restrict resale prices, according to Rexel’s CEO.
The closed-door debate is a sign that the inquiry is advancing, following raids in 2018 and the issuance of a formal charge sheet in 2022.
