Review of UK fraud agency’s Unaoil failings delayed to end of this month

An independent review of failings in the UK prosecution of a former Unaoil executive that led to his conviction being quashed has been postponed by several weeks — until later this month — “due to unavoidable delays,” the attorney general's office said today.
