Rejecting Design Light’s complaint against Philips an ‘abdication’ of responsibility, EU court told

Two lighting associations told EU judges today that the European Commission was wrong in 2019 to reject their complaint against Koninklijke Philips for competition-law abuses.

Davide Maresca, representing Design Light & Led Made in Europe and Design Luce & Led Made in Italy, said that the commission is entrusted with supervising the application
