Reduced US antidumping rates for Husteel, Hyundai steel pipes from South Korea, without market distortions, approved by trade court

Husteel, Hyundai and other South Korean steel pipe exporters will face lower US antidumping rates after the Court of International Trade today cleared the Commerce Department’s recalculations that removed market distortion factors that initially escalated the margins.

Commerce's revisions resulted in the following margins: 6.44 percent from 10.91 percent for Husteel; and
