Racial diversity in antitrust agencies, judiciary, could improve fairness and economic opportunities, say former officials

Greater racial diversity could make the US antitrust system fairer in ways that a largely white establishment might be blind to, former government officials said today at a virtual antitrust law conference.

The conversation among the panelists at the conference* was more focused on asking the right questions than identifying answers.
