Qube wins document-deadline extension in battle with Australia's Port of Newcastle

Australian logistics company Qube Holdings, has been granted an extra week to file its “statement of claim” in legal action the company has brought against operators of the Port of Newcastle on Australia’s eastern coast.

Federal Court of Australia Judge, David Yates, pushed back a March 6 deadline for Qube’s statement
