Qualcomm payments were 'capable' of harming competition, EU Commission tells court

Billions of dollars in payments by Qualcomm to Apple were "capable" of stifling competition on the market for chipsets, the European Commission told judges today, stressing that its 2018 decision against the company cleared this legal test.
