Puerto Rican baseball league urges US judge to dismiss former owner's antitrust suit

Puerto Rico’s winter baseball league urged a US judge today to dismiss federal antitrust litigation alleging that it colluded with San Juan’s mayor to remove a team after the owner threatened to relocate it.
