PSA, Fiat Chrysler offer concessions in bid for EU merger approval

Groupe PSA and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles have offered to amend their proposed merger in a bid to win EU approval for the deal.
The French and Italian-American carmakers submitted the remedy proposal today, according to the European Commission’s register of deals. Details weren’t disclosed.
