PSA, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles deal wins Japanese regulatory clearance

French automaker Groupe PSA and European-US automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles have received clearance from Japan's antitrust regulator for their merger, according to the Japan Fair Trade Commission, or JFTC.
