Proximus, EQT seek EU approval for Flemish fiber joint venture

Proximus and EQT Infrastructure have requested EU approval to form a joint venture that would build a fiber-to-the-home network in the Flanders region of Belgium, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals.
The commission has set an initial March 24 deadline to decide on the deal.
