Profarma Specialty settles Brazilian cartel probe into medicine bid-rigging

Profarma Specialty has agreed to pay 67.7 million reais ($12.8 million) to settle a Brazilian investigation into a bid-rigging cartel probe into medicines in several states.
The settlement accord was negotiated between the Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, and the company, formerly known as Prodiet
