Prince’s remedies for Ferro deal prompt ‘questions’ from Belgian employees, EU lawmaker says

Prince International’s proposal to divest assets in Belgium, Italy and the US for approval of its Ferro deal has prompted concerns from employees at the US chemical company’s factory in Bruges, according to an EU lawmaker.
