Polar Asset Management trader charged with insider trading

A trader at Polar Asset Management, a large Canadian hedge fund, has been charged in New York with insider trading. 
Sean Wygovsky, who has worked at Polar since 2013, used inside information on the fund's orders to front-run its trading, earning about $3.6 million in illegal profits, prosecutors said today.
