Plan for Google Play antitrust trial next September is 'fine,' US judge says

A proposal from Google, US state attorneys general, Epic Games, and developer and consumer plaintiffs for a September 2022 trial over allegations that Google is monopolizing the Android app ecosystem was approved by a US federal judge today.

The plan is “fine with me,” US District Judge James Donato in San Francisco said.
