Plaintiffs in Lyme disease treatment antitrust case lack evidence of conspiracy, US judge told (correct*)

Antitrust claims against the Infectious Diseases Society of America alleging monopoly power and conspiracy to deny treatments for Lyme disease should be thrown out for lack of evidence, IDSA told a federal judge today. Counsel for plaintiffs, meanwhile, were questioned by the judge over the discovery process.
