Pharmacists' association illegally discouraged low-cost outlets, Belgian court says (correct*)

The Belgian Ordre des Pharmaciens broke the law by trying to hamper competition from a low-cost distributor,* one of the country's courts of appeal said yesterday.

The court sent the case back to the Belgian competition authority for a recalculation of the fine.
