Petrobras contracts with thermoelectric power plants under scrutiny by Brazilian antitrust authority

Fuel contracts between energy giant Petrobras and thermoelectric power plants are under scrutiny by the Brazilian competition authority, which is seeking information about about fuel prices in the past three years.

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, is asking fuel supplier Petrobras about the fuels it supplies to thermoelectric power plants;
