Parker Hannifin targeted in Brazilian price-fixing probe into products for industrial fluids

The Brazilian subsidiary of US-based technology company Parker Hannifin has been targeted in a preliminary probe for allegedly fixing prices of products for conducting industrial fluids.

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, started the investigation following a complaint filed in 2021 by federal prosecutors in São Paulo state.
