Panel reviewing India's data protection law faces fresh delay amid Delhi's rising covid cases

Reports that India’s winter session of parliament could be scrapped this year amid rising Covid cases has implications for the country’s long-awaited data protection law. 
The parliamentary panel reviewing the Personal Data Protection Bill was due to report its findings back to parliament in the second week of the winter
