Orange fends off EUR700 million claim from Digicel in Paris court saga

French telecom company Orange has won another round in its decade-long legal battle with Caribbean rival Digicel after the Paris Court of Appeal today rejected the latter’s damages claim, MLex has learned.

Digicel was trying to claim about 700 million euros ($785 million) in damages from Orange following an antitrust decision
