Oracle, Salesforce face class-action lawsuit hearing in Netherlands on Nov. 15

Oracle and Salesforce will see a first Dutch hearing next month in a class-action lawsuit alleging that they breached EU privacy rules by collecting Internet users' data without consent, MLex has learned.
