OPPO's complaint against Sisvel for SEP abuse returned to lower Chinese court ​

An abuse case involving standard essential patents, or SEPs, between OPPO, one of China’s largest mobile phone makers, and patent-pool Sisvel, has been thrown back to the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court, according to a jurisdictional ruling by China’s top court.
