OLX targeted in preliminary antitrust probe into Brazilian digital platforms

The Brazilian subsidiary of Dutch-based online marketplace OLX has been targeted in a preliminary probe for allegedly abusing its dominant position in digital platforms, including its real estate platforms Viva Real and Zap Imóveis. OLX has also been accused of engaging in tie-in sales in this market.
