Oil distributor Rodopetro asks CADE not to reopen Brazilian fuel-tax probe

Rodopetro Distribuidora de Petróleo has asked the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal not to reopen a probe into oil distributors and refineries for allegedly not paying taxes so they could lower prices for ethanol and gasoline.
