NXP, Texas Instruments chips caught up in price gouging by Chinese distributors

Automotive chips manufactured by NXP Semiconductors and Texas Instruments were among the semiconductors that Chinese distributors took advantage of through price gouging, China's market regulator has revealed.

The chips produced by the Dutch chipmaker and its US counterpart were at the center of an investigation launched against Shanghai Chester Electronics, Shanghai Chengsheng Industrial
