NSO Group must face WhatsApp's spying allegations, Ninth Circuit panel finds

Israeli-based cybersecurity firm NSO Group cannot escape WhatsApp’s lawsuit accusing the company of illegally spying on users of the messaging app, a US appeals court said today.
