Northern Irish companies will benefit from UK trade deals, Gove tells lawmakers

Northern Irish companies will benefit from any trade preferences the UK secures in bilateral deals with other nations, government minister Michael Gove told lawmakers today.

Arrangements between the EU and UK made through the Northern Ireland Protocol in the Withdrawal Agreement had previously implied that Belfast would benefit only from EU trade
