Nokia's spat with Daimler may not be resolved at EU Court of Justice, executive says

Nokia’s spat with Daimler over connected-cars patent licensing may not be resolved by the involvement of the EU’s topmost judges, an executive at the Finnish licensor said today, inviting the carmaker to negotiate a license in good faith.
