Nokia-Daimler litigation in Germany to advance in July as Nokia patent found valid

Nokia’s lawsuit against Daimler over alleged infringement of a cellular technology standard-essential patent will finally proceed in July after the European Patent Office handed the Finnish licensor a win in finding the disputed connected-cars SEP valid, spokespersons for the Munich Regional Court and Nokia told MLex.
