Nippon Chemi-Con, Nichicon, others fail to overturn EU capacitors cartel decision

Nippon Chemi-Con, Nichicon, Rubycon and others have seen the EU's lower court reject their appeals against fines totaling 254 million euros ($297 million), in a broad victory for EU cartel-busters.

The EU General Court took the chance to reassert several major aspects of the EU's cartel enforcement powers.
