Netflix, HBO, others to face targeted regulations for streaming services in Taiwan

Netflix, HBO and other Internet-based streaming services are facing new regulations in Taiwan that could require them to report regularly to the local authority commercial information on subscribers, sales and traffic, as well as have clear privacy and data policies.
