Naver, Korea Shipbuilding face criminal referral over antitrust violations

South Korea’s portal giant Naver and Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, a parent company of Hyundai Heavy Industries, will face a criminal investigation by the Korea Prosecution Service for antitrust violations that were sanctioned earlier by the competition regulator.

The request for criminal referral came from the Ministry of SMEs and Startup
