Naver denies all charges in criminal trial, sees hearings for appeal case challenging KFTC decision reopened

South Korean search giant Naver, entangled in criminal and administrative lawsuits over allegations of abuse of dominance in the real-estate information market, denied any wrongdoing in court today, defending the practices that got it into legal trouble as a “justified act to prevent unfair free-riding.”
