Multi-sided platform Gympass settles Brazilian investigation into exclusivity contracts with gyms

Brazil-based wellness corporate platform Gympass has settled an investigation into its exclusivity clauses in contracts with gyms.
Gympass has agreed to keep only 20 percent of its total exclusivity contracts with gyms in each Brazilian municipality, and to invest in the gyms with which it has exclusivity, ensuring an increase
