More mergers, public tenders to get EU foreign subsidies scrutiny under lawmakers’ draft

Companies would have to notify more acquisitions and public-procurement contracts for the EU to assess if those deals breach the bloc’s new law against distortive foreign subsidies under lawmakers’ draft text to be voted on today, MLex has learned.
