MOL’s OMV Slovenija deal to draw in-depth EU investigation

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL’s bid to buy Austrian rival OMV’s business in Slovenia is headed for an in-depth investigation in the EU, MLex has learned.
The companies were informed at a state-of-play meeting with European Commission officials last week that it is troubled by the level of concentration
