Microsoft tells UK regulator that Sony licensing offer for Call of Duty raises no risk

Microsoft has told the UK’s merger regulator there should be no concern about its offer to keep the Call of Duty videogame franchise on Sony’s PlayStation console after its takeover of Activision Blizzard, saying there is no risk of circumvention or the game being degraded for Sony users.
