Microsoft offers Activision deal remedy to EU regulator focused on cloud gaming

Microsoft committed to EU regulators last night to make Activision Blizzard's catalog of games, including Call of Duty, available to rival cloud gaming services if its $69 billion acquisition of the game-maker is approved, MLex has learned.
