Microsoft, Activision haven't produced missing discovery documents, US FTC lawyers tell administrative law judge

Microsoft and Activision have failed to produce requested discovery material to the US Federal Trade Commission in the agency’s administrative case to block the deal and should be compelled to produce the responsive materials, counsel for the FTC said in a motion filed in its in-house court.
