Micron tells UK judge that OT Computers must also be time-barred over chip cartel lawsuit

Micron Technology told UK appeal judges today that the High Court was wrong last year to rule that OT Computers’ antitrust lawsuit against it for damages over computer-chip price rigging wasn’t out of time.
